When you’re visiting New York, going by subway from LaGuardia Airport to Brooklyn is a process that requires two steps: a bus and the subway.

The first step is to follow signs in LaGuardia Airport to ground transportion in the Central Terminals, Marine Air Terminal, or Delta Terminal. Once there, you will need to look for signs for New York City buses.

Once you have found ground transportation in the closest terminal to where your flight landed, board bus Q33 from the Central Terminals or bus Q47 from the Marine Air Terminal in the direction of Queens, or board bus M60 from the Delta Terminal in the direction of Manhattan. The cost of a bus ticket is $2.50.

All three buses connect to New York City subway lines F, G, and R in Queens. These trains take passengers to Brooklyn. A subway ticket costs $2.50.

The G train is the most direct one to take, as the others go through Manhattan before reaching Brooklyn. You can change from the G train to other lines once you reach Brooklyn if you need to.

The travel time on the bus and subway from LaGuardia Airport to Brooklyn is around 1 hour and 20 minutes, depending on how long you have to wait for your bus and subway train to arrive. Both the bus and the subway run 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Buses from JFK to LaGuardia Airport (LGA) are a great way to transfer airports in New York City. The NYCAirporter bus shuttles passengers between the airports, making connections simple and relatively quick.

Bus Q-53 runs daily from outside of the arrivals halls at JFK airport. The bus stops at all terminals, making transport easy on passengers arriving on both domestic and international flights to JFK.

Buses from JFK to LaGuardia Airport start running at 5:00am and end at midnight. Departures take place every 30 minutes throughout the day. Buses leave on the hour and the half hour.

All passengers are allowed to bring two suitcases and one carry-on when traveling on the shuttle between airports in New York. If you have more than that, or if you are traveling with a large item like a bicycle or skis, you must purchase an additional ticket.

Tickets for Q-53 buses to LaGuardia Airport cost $12.50 one-way and $25 round-trip for adults. Seniors (over 62), college students (with ID), children (4 – 17), airport employees, and military personnel pay $10 one-way and $19 round-trip. Children under 3 ride for free.

You can purchase tickets for buses from JFK to LaGuardia Airport online before you travel. Alternately, you can buy them from a uniformed agent outside of the airport terminals before you board the airport shuttle in New York. Special discounts are often available if you book your tickets online, so make sure to check before you travel.

Car rental at JFK Airport in New York City is a great way to get around if you need to be in control of your own transportation when you are traveling in the USA.

Cars are offered by a variety of different rental car companies. Big name enterprises like Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, and National all offer various sizes, makes, and models.

To get to the area where you can pick up rental cars at JFK Airport in New York, you should follow signs to the AirTrain and take the train to the Federal Circle stop. That is where the car rental companies are located, and where you can get your car.

While it is possible to wait until you arrive at the airport to book a rental car, it is a good idea to book your car in advance. Online deals and coupon codes abound on the Internet, and you can save a lot of money on your rental car at JFK Airport if you book ahead.
